Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the fixture in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
